Every leader knows what it’s like to succeed publicly while quietly carrying the pressure to perform, a sense of isolation, and even self doubt. All of this quietly erodes your leadership effectiveness and ultimately the culture of your organization. Lasting change requires more than a timely conference — it asks for time, honesty, and a group of peers you can trust. That’s why the Cohort runs across a full year. Alongside 10–15 fellow Christian leaders, you take these principles of grace from idea to practice — until leading from your God-given identity and a position of trust becomes the way you actually lead.
What a year in the Cohort looks like
Twelve months of coaching, development and peer community — designed to move you beyond your capacity and performance into a form of leadership that aligns who
you are with how you lead.

- A dynamic, interactive experience alongside Scott, Bill and Waldemar.
- A peer group of 10–15 Christian leaders.
- Three in-person cohort sessions.
- Monthly 2-hour virtual cohort meetings.
- Monthly 1-on-1 coaching, by request.
- Workbooks, leadership reference materials, and assessments.

In-person gatherings a year (~every 3–4 months, held in Phoenix).

Virtual recap meeting at year-end.
