Mission

To influence the world by inviting Christian CEOs, business owners and senior executives to join us in experiencing the fullness of who God says we are.

Vision

To see thousands of Christian leaders living in the freedom, joy and influence of their personal significance.

Core Values

Experiencing the Person of Jesus

Embracing a personal and transformative relationship with Jesus, trusting His truth, and enjoying His life in every aspect of life.

Influence Multiplies

The key to influence is humility. Recognizing that God gives grace to the humble, it is the humble that will continue to influence and change the world.

Trusting God

Cultivating a deep and unwavering dependency on God’s person, His love, His truth, and His purposes for my life.

Living Free

Living in the freedom that comes from experiencing God’s grace, the resolution of yesterday, and living into the freedom of tomorrow.

Getting Me Right

Trusting and living into who God says I am is the foundation for experiencing the joy, peace and freedom of the Christian life.

It’s About Relationships

The uniqueness of the Christian faith is that it is relational, both with God and others. In fact, my influence on others is the greatest evidence of my relationship with God.
